Shipping Policy
We begin preparing your order as soon as your purchase is confirmed to ensure a fast delivery process. Orders are handed over to the shipping provider on the same day they are processed and typically take 1-3 working days to arrive – Friday & Saturday not included , depending on your location. Please note that during high-demand time, slight delays may occur.
The shipping providers operates between 9:00 AM. and 5:00 PM., making up to three delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the order is not received within this time frame, it will be returned to us, and shipping fees will apply .
Refunding Policy
Voga takes pride in offering scarves that are completely new and untouched, ensuring they have never been worn or tried on. Due to hygiene considerations, exchanges are limited to cases of defective products or receiving an item different from what was ordered. These issues must be reported within one day of receiving your order, and the item must remain in its original packaging and condition. To request an exchange, contact us at admin@voga-eg.com within one day of delivery. Once the item is inspected and confirmed defective, voga will replace it with the same scarf in the original color.
